禁欲生活継続中

自宅療養中！

今月４日に退院し今日でちょうど２週間となりました。

入院したのは先月２３日の午後。

そこから驚異の禁欲生活継続中！

禁煙！（もうすぐ４週間！）

減塩！（もうすぐ４週間！）

低カロリー！（もうすぐ４週間！）

減エロス！（もうすぐ･･･　ﾅｲｼｮｗ）

禁煙キツイわぁ～

今は身体からニコチンが排出されている時期になるのか？

入院するまで吸っていたタバコが目の前にある。

もちろん中身も入っている。

車の中にも中身が入ったタバコケースがある。

ものすごく誘惑われる。

「捨てりゃあいいじゃん！」って言う方も当然いるだろう。

でもね

捨てるために、そのタバコに触った瞬間誘惑に負ける自分が見えてるんだよ。

触れないんだよ。

禁煙パッチも飲み薬もなく、強制的に始まったこの禁煙。

いつまで継続するのか？

減エロスは継続したくはないぞ！

って心拍数１２０／分以上あげちゃだめって言われてるんだよなぁ。。。
