Ouch ~~ !!
I sprained my ankle today becourse of running for the bus....
Ouch!!! so hurt!!
I have to take some ice on my ankle.....

hoping that will be better tomorrow!!

ps腳踝的英文真難查~在雅虎的字典叫作"足踝"，還好知識+有聰明人!!
扭到~也是知識+.....應該都沒寫錯吧!? 呵...今天工作遇到一大堆阿豆仔~所以英文使用制約中.....還有喝多的瘋狂阿豆仔，驚魂未定中.....
