My Favorite Toy mcmaniac loves old tractors, and so do I. So today PD took some photos of mine plowing snow with the back blade. It won't push as much snow as my pickup truck- it's not as heavy and it's two wheel drive, but it's very easy to get into tight places and with a brake for each drive wheel it'll turn on a dime and give you nine cents change. Up here they used chloride but it rusts hell out of the rims- I had to replace one of mine a few years ago. I drained as much as i could out of the tubes but the damage was done. Usually I've kept the tractor outside under a tarp but we had a lot of snow last year so I moved it inside. When it gets super cold six volts aren't always enough to fire it up, and it's easier to boost and warm it up in the garage. I've got a propane convection heater that will fit underneath to warm up the pan and transmission. Become a member now and get a free tote bag.

I think it's perfectly appropriate to post a picture of your big tractor here! (I know the fascination... my ex and I had an old Allis Chalmers B, complete with snowplow AND loader! We couldn't pass a farm show without stopping for years)

Well, actually, no. I love it but not in that way, if you know what I mean. We're mostly just really good friends. I'm not even sure it would reciprocate those kind of feelings- it could ruin a good thing. After all these years to try to introduce sex would definitely be plowing new ground. "As ye sow also shall ye reap." What if the harvest were bitter? And as to having sex ON the tractor, say with my wife, isn't someone going to feel used? Now Im SO confused! I used to mow with it, for years. I mowed three acres at least once a week, sometimes more often in the spring. Now I grade my driveway, move wood, pull stumps, that kind of stuff. It doesn't get as much use in summer as it used to. But, neither do I! I'd love to have a wood chipper for it, but they're pretty expensive. Thanks for stopping by, sweetie. I love your visits here!
