That was a wonderful and insightful post kzoopair. It is all true and so unfair. Just because something happens and is accepted at a snapshot moment in time, does not make it right. Many things in our past was accepted for it's time, but later found to be morally and socially unjust. My prop's to Thalia, not just in her battle to get back here, but with just being herself. She is genuine and true to her heart and spirit. She is a gift and a reminder for all of us. Thalia is a wonderful lady with a big honest "heart". I find her to be an inspiration to us all. Who woulda guessed that such tiny person could possess so much strength, kindness and integrity! I didn't know everything that went on during Thalia's terrible ordeal. I was away at that time taking one of my constitutional mental health breaks. When I came back, I was caught up on ugly events and was outraged by dirty tactics and blatant bullying ASH (SSD) and her drones employed against Thalia. I was also outraged by certain bloggers' posts where they essentially said that cyber bullying wasn't a crime. "You never meet them so it isn't like they could hurt you", they said. "You are the ones creating all the drama", they said to those of us who supported Thalia. They said the same thing when we went against CRB the first time when he operated under different name. Same people joined the little clique that campaigned to get ASH (SSD) back. Only she won't be back. We all should be grateful to Thalia for fighting and winning the fight against harassment and bullying on this site. We should be grateful to Thalia for making the blogs free of discrimination, for making this site enforce the TOU regarding this matter. As to those who bitch about "freedom of speech" being taken from them, I completely agree with SilverPhenix - there is a huge difference between ability to freely express one's views and ability to torment, harass and bully other people. And Thalia made it possible for us to blog in relative peace. Thank you, KZ, for this post! I just read this... I took a break. Thanks for taking the time to write it as this is a story that needs to be shared. Intolerance towards other people is ridiculous. We should have moved so far past that as a society by now... wtf? I always enjoy your blogs man, you have a great appreciation for life and a little rubs off when I read them.
