瓶頸

是因為秋天嗎？覺得最近的自己容易多愁善感
不論是工作還是感情，都提不起勁來
每天都只想放空自己，什麼事都不想做
雖然幫自己安排了旅遊，可是一點興奮感都沒有
我是不是生病了☹️☹️☹️
每天都喝茫，喜歡這種感覺
醉了，想抱抱

 更年期快到了,也會有這種感覺...只是你年紀應該還不到...
不過若再嚴重點的話,建議 還是去看一下醫師~
