 Have to agree with both of these. 12" is just way too much. 8" is a much more comfortable length. Of course, it would still need to have some amount of girth and hardness to really be enjoyable.
Now, as to the original question....... if you're only talking with something smaller than average (5" or less), it probably doesn't matter how long he can last.
