Why is it........
I had an disagreement with 2 male friends of mine this evening this is what the disagreement was about:
Why is it so hard for men to give a woman a compliment. I don't mean complimenting them on their breast, buttock or legs. I mean what they are wearing, even perfume they wear, or their hair style for the day. When a man gives a woman a compliment it may or may not make there day but it is nice to receive them.

 I really do not get the whole compliments thing...I think if a woman has enough confidence in herself to begin with, a compliment is just the icing on the cake.

But for those who need them, the solution is-- be around those who give them.

 Some men are PURELY superficial and unable to appreciate ALL aspects of a woman's femininity. They can't see her for the beautiful work of art she is, and only view her as a sex object.

 Sometimes it makes ya goofy to be awestruck so, blinded by the light. Sensory overload causes big brain/small brain mixed signals. A comment about what he sees should only confirm what you should already see in his eyes.......if he sees through you, he is either psychic, or really isnt paying any attention at all.

 A compliment is not about the receiver or the sender, it's the brief connection you both make from that moment. It can be a stranger, family, a lover or a friend.

Some men (and women) are born that way, others learn it and some never do. A sincere compliment is genuine affection and I am sorry for those that don't get it.

But let's not forget, one must know how to accept a compliment as well.
