And about the marathon prep. I am there. I am mentally and physically ready. I ran 15 miles in one hour and fifty minutes or so. so if I can keep that speed I can do the marathon in 3.5 hours or so. I been preparing for this. I been running trails. on the street and on the treadmill. that way I know I am ready in wherever terrain or weather. I know I can run 3.5 hours. how much speed I can keep is a different story. The other I ran 2.5 hours. and I feel fine. I could had easily kept going. I notice that I struggle the most the first 15 or 20 minutes. then the more I warm the more I can run. I run better when I passed the hour. is as if my body recharges the longer I go.

I still don't know the shoes I gonna wear. I gonna go shopping for running shoes this coming week so I have time to break them.

Absolutely. my friends are all amazing. I have a great team of guys that pushed me forward. I couldn't ask for better. They are simply great guys. they are. the good thing is that we all get along. nobody fights or argue with nobody. no drama. I feel blessed cause there is always one or two of them around me wherever I am. I never feel lonely.

"Changed" is right. I don't post or blog as much. only once in awhile or whenever I have the free time. I like interacting with SOME of the bloggers that I have known from years past. I actually speak and remain in contact by phone with a full hand of them.

Thank you voyeur. That marathon is gonna be great. been ready for that since yesterday LOL. except for my shoes. still haven't gotten the running shoes for that day. hopefully this weekend I will have time to go around the city with my friends and see what we find.
