放逐自我……
放逐通常是心靈上的反撲配合行動，
比方一個人從小到大在一個模式下生活，
可能很在乎父母對自己的期望，所以凡事配合他們，
等到一天疲了倦了，就想掙脫枷鎖，想要過自己的模式，
不想要乖乖當賢妻良母、世人眼中的模範了。
我想要追尋自己內在真正喜歡的東西與生活，
於是乎……

 放開對自己的束縛透透氣是需要的，人有理性但過多的理性會違反人性，也許是人還進化的不夠無法完全理性的過生活，需要回歸原始自然的反射性行為，才能重新再進入理性的大人世界
