After repeated jabs to the eye, it's decided that maybe make up is a skilll better learned some other time. For now, there's only so many hours in a night, every minute counts. Adrenaline always makes you shiver, turning your legs into jelly. There's a rush that overcomes your senses whenever those clothes touch your body, ironic that you feel more naked in a skirt than you do with nothing at all.

In those days, in those places, in those shoes, in the closet was where some people stayed. Double lives, double lies, double trouble, burting bubbles, two houses on one foundation will soon be rubble. In day one world, at night another. A girl from a man, a sister in shadow of a brother. There's no point in hiding what can't stay inside, against better judgement, how hard you tried, this is what it's like when worlds collide.

The camera turns on, it's a small window, iit's a big world. Strangers become the norm, in ways knowing you more than th closest of friend or kin. You get your first small look at a rather massive picture. Suddenly, you're treated differently. If you don't smile, people comment. If you slouch, people comment. If you move your face in any way, it gets a reaction. You don't think you're interesting, yet now people are interested. It's oddly sobering.

Despite personally being the furthest thing from batgirl, you're reminded of comic book heroes.
