Thanks for visiting my blog. Your journey has been longer and more difficult than mine. Mine is just more rare than most others. Because it is rare, researchers love me and thus hospitals like Mayo, drug companies, etc. all of whom have helped me. I figured if I didn't make it, I could at least participate in research that might help some other woman in the future. Have a wonderful, loving holiday! Never ignore those who care for you you will have lost diamonds while you were collecting stones

You mentioned age as a factor. Most women with this type of rare cancer are quite young. Also, I decided to keep my port for awhile longer because my platelet count keeps going down and I keep getting dehydrated. No IV pole but I have a walker since I fell back in August. I also have uncontrolled A-fib which has been an issue off and on. I look at time differently as well and try to find something positive and memorable about each day. I should take a lesson from Jeff Bezos and take a photo each day. Never ignore those who care for you you will have lost diamonds while you were collecting stones

Thanks much Braille.....and your post abt mysteries made me ponder the intricacies of relationships. I thank you for that. You re right....Thanksgiving in all we do !! We just must take our time , slow down, listen, smell the roses and be aware of what is all around us. I try for that daily ~~
