如何看待身心慾望

若要以窄縮的道德面來看，
可說是離經叛道，但確實是壓抑身心。

若能以寬容的人性面來看，
身心需求的紓解很重要，可平衡慾望。

當然要注意安全與衛生，不至於樂極生悲。
