An easy way around the message system

An easy way around the message system is blogs!

Since I dont expect to have a popular blog I can just make this post and anyone who wants to send me a message (because it's my blog) just leaves a comment.

Comment "hello *name*" or something similar and the system will automatically notify me.

Truly the only flaw is privacy unless I can pull some admin privilege tricks and make private blog posts for select people.

One solution is to leave something letting me know when they'll be online so I can IM them.

I'm looking forward to getting to know more people!
