The best German researcher ever has published in the New England Journal of Medicine that a study including 200 health men over 5 years, including 3 separate hospitals, has concluded that men looking at âbusty womenâ for 10mins every day, will extend their lifespan by 5 years.
The actual statistics are surprising, as itâs said to be equal to 30-min of aerboic excercise:
âJust 10 minutes of staring at the charms of a well-endowed female such as Baywatch actress Pamela Lee is equivalent to a 30-minute aerobics work-out,â said author Dr. Karen Weatherby, a gerontologist.
The key seems to be from lower blood pressure and lower resting pulse rate⦠oh yea, and BOOBS. The other reason Weatherby is my new hero is her following suggestion for men over 40:

Scientists say women suffer more than men, both mentally and physically, if they are forced to skimp on their sleep.
As well as a higher risk of heart disease, depression and psychological problems, sleep-deprived women have extra clotting factors in their blood, which can lead to a stroke.

Lots of relationships founder on the seas of "unexpressed expectations". So it's best to just lay it all out there. Then the other person can say Yes or No or Convince Me. Relationships are covenants or contracts and EVERYTHING will have to be negotiated unless one person says "This is not negotiable." I know that many people do not like to talk about these things that likely have big emotional content, but if you don't, you soon end up stranded on the shoals.

Men expend 120 calories during half an hour of sex and women use up 90, say researchers from the University of Quebec in Canada.
The study, Energy Expenditure During Sexual Activity In Young Healthy Couples, found that, on average, men burned 4.2 calories a minute during sex compared to 9.2 on the treadmill. Women burned 3.1 calories a minute during sex and 7.1 jogging.
